A Digital Food Supply Chain Management System FSCM has become important in today's world specially in the pandemic situation COVID-19. Hence, there is an urgent need to upgrade the FSCM for Data Privacy, Data Security, Data Transparency and Scalability in the system. Various online FSCM have been proposed from time to time by various researchers, but they lack in addressing issues like decentralization, transparency, security, trust. As BCT has emerged to provide decentralized solution in solving the real-time problems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a Decentralized Blockchain FSCM for Government of Jammu Kashmir Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department known as Jammu Kashmir Block Chain Food Management System (JkBFMs). A digital FSCM integrated with blockchain technology increases the levels of trust and transparency across the food ecosystem. The data transparency and data security issues in JkBFMs are resolved by developing Smart Contracts (SC) over BCT. Data storage cost issues are handled by the Inter Planetary File System (IPFS) protocol for Off-Chain data storage. Moreover, we present a real-time BCT simulation and deployment of SC in truffle suite.
