This research examines the feasibility of conserving one of the historic buildings in Medan City, namely the National Building. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the potential of this building so that its existence can be maintained. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data sources are obtained through direct observation and documentation. The secondary data sources are obtained through literature studies as supporting theories related to the research object. The result obtained shows that the National Building in Medan City needs to be maintained and deserves to be conserved.
