Grapes vine (Vitis vinifera L.) is a fruit plant perennial that has many benefits, especially in the health sector. The study aimed to know the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from fermentation-washed rice water (WRW) towards increasing the vegetative growth of some varieties of grape vine. This study was structured using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors with four replications. The first factor is the varieties which consist: of Taldun, Academic, and Jupiter. The second factor is that the LOF application consists: without LOF and with LOF application. To determine the effect of treatment and combination of treatments on the measured parameters, analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used, while to find out the real difference between treatments or combinations of treatments used the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at a significance level 95%. Parameters observed were an increase in leaves, an increase in plant length, and an increase in trunk size. The result showed that varieties, LOF, and interaction from varieties and LOF significantly towards all parameters.
