This study used a qualitative design method of literature review, documentation, interviews, and observation. The results show indicated that Kawung Surakarta batik motif geometric patterns in the form of rectangles, polygons, symmetry, flat shapes, curved lines, and sets. These geometric patterns can as a medium for learning Geometry in Mathematics in Elementary Schools. Kawung Surakarta batik motif can be a medium in preserving culture also learning geometric patterns in elementary schools. Furthermore, kawung batik has affective values such as accuracy, regularity, and harmony. It can be used as the basis for developing geometry learning objectives in elementary schools.
