The Selection of health facilities is one of the essential aspects that can affect the mortality rate. The West Java Provincial Government showed that in 2018, there were 63 deaths in 4 sub-districts and 15 urban villages in Cimahi City. Therefore, we need a system that can facilitate the Selection of the location of health facilities. In this study, the AHP and GIS methods were chosen to solve the reduction in mortality and errors in site selection that could cause delays in medical treatment due to several criteria such as distance, time, facilities, and doctor’s schedule. The AHP method analyzes population density, economic level of the population, coordinate points, space, time, health facilities, and doctor’s plan to recommend the location of health facilities in Cimahi City. Previous studies have shown a lot of evidence that AHP is a suitable method to solve multicriteria problems. This method analyzes distance, time, health facilities, and doctor’s schedule. Location recommendations will be visualized using GIS. This study focuses on the possibility of finding adequate medical care for patients to avoid avoidable deaths. GIS and AHP systems are used to support location search.
