In addition to road and bridge infrastructure, the Government of Indonesia is also focusing on building public housing for the welfare of the people. The precast house technology is used to speed up the construction by assembling precast panels into a whole house. In the implementation of construction, delays often occur due to late production times. Hence it is necessary to evaluate the overall production time. The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the production time of precast house facade panels. In conducting the evaluation, a quantitative approach is used to measure production time to see the variability of production time and which activities are late and have high time variability. And the analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics. The evaluation of the result is the average production time is 31.79 hours and the average delay time is 4.80 hours. This average production time can be used to plan the right schedule for the next project and can intervene in which production activities are late.
