One of the key focus of this article is to bring forth the idea of binary structures of intuitionistic topological spaces, and to study the binary neighborhood structures in intuitionistic topological spaces. Before introducing binary topological spaces, as an important base, the binary intuitionistic points in the space of two variables is introduced. Hence, binary intuitionistic points are defined and its properties are discussed. In an apparent way counter examples are given illustrating the properties of binary neighborhood system.
