PT. ABC applies an international standard production quality management system, so it is no wonder the products they produce are of high quality. The division has responsibility for the production process at PT. ABC is PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), because PPIC is a division that procures equipment and raw materials in the production process. PPIC can be defined as a process for planning and controlling the flow of material into, flowing, and out of the production/operation system so that market demand can be met with the right amount, right delivery time, and minimum production costs. Based on the job description of the PPIC division and the data obtained through the questionnaire, using the mental workload method of workers in the PPC section is 82.3%, and the MRPP share is 84%. Workers experience a high mental workload due to multiple tasks, the pressure to complete tasks, and much effort to complete the task. This study aims to analyze the mental workload of workers in the PPIC Division, amounting to 42 people using NASA-TLX, and to analyze the age factors, gender, and jobdesc affect mental workload using regression test. This study showed that the average level of the mental workload of workers was high with the highest indicator Effort (EF).
