The sorting process in the industrial world is an essential process for separating products based on type, quality, size, and others. This research is carried out to design and build a pneumatic pusher system that functions as a sharp object sorting tool, has a high temperature, radiates, and cannot be touched directly based on the Rainbot RGB Rev2 microcontroller. This research uses the TCS3200, a type of sensor that facilitates identifying the colour of an object. From the research done, the design and development of a pneumatic pusher system based on Rainbot RGB Rev2 have been successfully made and tested with an ejector system success rate of 100% that can push all test objects. The success rate of sensors in detecting test objects is 67%. The temperature factor of the test environment is not maintained. The light factor is not paid attention so that the sensor cannot work optimally.
