Since the second quartile of 2020, the Indonesian community has been facing the pandemic COVID 19. This condition affected the people to conduct their activities from home. The agile response to overcome this pandemic is establishing the online LMS. Therefore, the readiness of higher education institutions to carry out online courses are a necessity. To fulfil these needs, Universitas Sriwijaya developed the infrastructure of an existing Moodle-based LMS, which can cover the learning process for all members of Universitas Sriwijaya. This designed LMS is equipped by web conferencing BigBlueButton to facilitate the video conference of online classes. The result of this study is a web-based LMS combined with web conferencing BigBlueButton that almost 15000 concurrent users can use.
