Competition between goods delivery service providers is getting tougher due to the emergence of E-commerce along with the increase in new goods delivery service providers. With the emergence of intense competition between companies that exist today, companies must be able to provide the best and quality services. This study analyzes three sustainability factors to serve as a preference for the concept of sustainability for courier services. The hope is that goods delivery services can continue and develop in accordance with the development of modes and patterns of people’s buying and selling transactions. This study resulted that durability, cost, and quality of goods after shipment / delivery would be best recommended for the supply chain of goods delivery service industry in order to be taken as sustainable points.
