Modern people have high demands for healing due to the pressures of life and work. This study used the five senses experience and the theory of Bu-Xiong Qi Gong to design ecotherapy activities with the recruitment of 15 volunteers aged 20–65 who were interested in ecotherapy activities. Their physiological changes before and after the activities were measured using the sphygmomanometer, saliva test strip, meridian meter, Profile of Mood Stat (POMS), HRV heart rate variability, and blood oxygen measurement. The results confirm that ecotherapy activities incorporating Bu-Xiong Qi Gong help reduce systolic pressure, increase the body meridian ratio, improve the overall function of the autonomic nerve system, increase the vitality of the subjects, and reduce the negative emotions of the subjects.
