The information system that existed in college is spread in several subsystems such as academic information system, staffing information system, the information system of research and community service, library information system, and other subsystems. Besides those various applications, many other technologies are developed differently in the operating system layer, network operation system, programming language, and data basis with different platforms. On the other hand, management at college requires the presence of data consolidation and aggregation coming from those different sources. This condition brings consequences in the importance of data integration. Restful web service technology offers a service that runs above HTTP protocol with basic operations, namely POST, GET, PUT, and DELETE, until the interoperability among applications can be manifested. This research built a model of data integration framework model in college by using restful web service technology, which takes roles as data integrator in college. The results of this research can be used as a reference in developing information systems at higher-level levels at college, such as executive information systems and business intelligence development.
