The issue of maintaining the optimal parameters of the microclimate is one of the most important for comfortable living conditions. The type of a heating system, as a factor influencing the microclimate of the building, plays a significant role. The article presents the results of comparative analysis of microclimate parameters obtained by monitoring such keyparameters of the microclimate as temperature, humidity and CO2 levels in three existing residential buildings with different heating systems. The analysis will allow developers, designers and residents of individual houses to choose the heating system that has the least detrimental effect on the microclimate.
