This study aims to determine the company’s internal and external conditions and determine what strategies can be formulated to survive in the competition. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, collecting data using questionnaires and distributing question sheets to employees of related companies, and using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis techniques. The location and time of the research are at Surf Marine Indonesia Holding for a year (2019-2020). The results show that the calculations on the Cartesian diagram of the SWOT analysis are in quadrant I, which means the company is in a perfect situation where the company can take advantage of existing opportunities and strengths. The strategy that must be established in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth-Oriented Strategy).
