Methodological developments of a psychological and pedagogical orientation, focused on the integration of research activities into teaching are presented in the study. New stages of building the educational process from the point of view of the teacher’s research attitude, as well as the technologies and principles of organizing research activities were summarized. The semantic conceptual apparatus in the field of research activity in education was structured, the concepts of the socio-anthropological environment, learning research inquiry, learning and research independence, and individual responsible action elucidated. The effectiveness criteria and indicators of learning research inquiry were introduced from both external expert attitudes of the teachers and internal reflexive attitude of the students. The necessity of solving systemic tasks for developing the research competence was revealed. Consideration to the innovative teaching approaches in the field of research activities for schoolchildren were given. The study was carried out at “The Basic Schools of the Russian Academy of Sciences” in Krasnoyarsk, with the scientists from the Krasnoyarsk Science Center as school teachers involved. The purpose the study is to identify invariant, significant stages of proactive responsible actions in scientific research and to propose the diagnostic tools for the effectiveness of research activities to be evaluated.
