Quality Function Deployment is one of quality assurance method which has been widely used both in manufacturing or services industries, and it shows how significant it can improve the quality of the output of products in these fields. This research aims to enhance the customer satisfaction level in one of the manufacturing companies by combining the implementation of Quality Function Deployment and quality control analysis by the use of a control chart to assist the quality of products. Accordingly, researchers conducted a real-time case study from a construction company specifically observed the solid pile precast concrete product to see the prospects of the proposed methodology. As a result, the researchers indicated that the QFD method generates a priorities list of customer requirements and comprehensive technical responses depicted by the House of Quality matrix. The proposed methodology contributes to optimizing the design phase in manufacturing industries as well as giving real-study case insight for the future development of quality assurance by industrial practitioners.
