In the current global competitive markets, a company cannot disregard the satisfaction of its customers. Many companies in Indonesia have already been successful in producing a big number of products and services, and also have resolved many orders and solution deliverables. Accordingly, the companies might get a positive Return on Investment (ROI) or revenue, but most of them neglect the most important parameter of their business which is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is effective for the company improvement. This situation occurs in one of construction companies in Indonesia. As one of construction companies, precast concrete products are very competitive, so companies must be able to make quality products with consumer tastes. Based on these conditions, the purpose of this research is to reduce the number of defects in the products produced and develop products in accordance with the wishes of consumers by paying attention to aspects of the voice of customers and technical aspects of the company. The method used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The result from data analysis, it can be concluding that the main cause of defects product precast concrete such lack of training, poor material, composition unbalanced material, many raw materials mixed with gravel, and weather constraints.
