The quality of power is the main issue at present. Power quality problem comes when the frequency, voltage, and current parameters are not as per the standards and may damage the end-user devices. These qualities are measured based on International/national guidelines. For mitigating the power quality problems, many facts devices are used. For controls, the FACTS devices, many control techniques are used. In this paper, to mitigate the power quality issues, such as voltage variation, flicker, and harmonics, which are exhibited due to the integration of wind turbines with the grid, the D-STATCOM control scheme is applied. For control, the DSTATCOM bang-bang controller method is used. The modeling and simulation have been done in MATLAB/SIMULINK of D-STATCOM to improve the power quality. This proposed scheme is applied to control the non-linear load and the dynamic load outputs.
