A Numerical study is used to obtain the temperature distribution and productivity of conventional single solar stills (CSSS). Heat transfer is analyzed using the thermal resistance network analogy. Solve energy, continuity, and momentum equations simultaneously. Compared with experimental data in previously published reports, the calculations of temperature distribution and productivity provide good results with errors of about 5.44% and 0.4%, respectively. Based on the distribution of the temperature of the brackish water and the inner glass cover over time, it is better than the previous literature. A Validated model using the present experiment predicts heat loss from each side of CSSS. The accuracy of the solar thermal radiation measurement data has a significant effect on increasing the error in the model made.
