The supply chain is one component in the value chain analysis of a commodity. Cloves in Kolaka Regency are one of the commodities that have high economic value after cocoa which in the last ten years has experienced a significant decline in production. This study was conducted in Kolaka Regency with six subdistricts as the sampling area and the respondents were clove farmers and traders who were involved in the clove trade. The method used is survey and interview with snowball sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that the high number of actors involved in the supply chain causes the price of cloves to be difficult to control and very volatile. In addition, the results of the feasibility analysis of smallholder clove farming in the six sampling subdistricts showed the low level of clove farmers’ income which was caused not only by the low price of cloves but also due to the high cost of harvesting which included picking and drying.
