This study aims to determine, evaluate and analyze the effect of Chromolaena odorata (CO) silage levels in concentrate ration ingredients on the consumption of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, metabolic energy, digestibility, pH, NH3, and VFA of rumen fluid and animal body weight gain. in vivo. This study used a Latin square design (RBSL) with three treatments and three periods. The treatments were as follows: RCO30: Rice straw ad libitum +30% CO silage in concentrate; RCO40: Rice straw ad libitum +40% CO silage in concentrate; and RCO50: Rice straw ad libitum +50% CO silage in concentrate. The results obtained in this study were as follows: provision of levels of 30%, 40%, and 50% of the use of CO in the ingredient of concentrate rations gave no significant difference (P>0.05) on the consumption and digestibility of food substances, pH, NH3, VFA and weight gain of research animals. The level of use of CO 30% to 50% in the concentrate ratio gave the same effect on all parameters studied.
