Preconception care is needed by the mothers in order to prepare for a healthy pregnancy. This could prevent 40% delay in essential health interventions that was supposed to conduct during preconception period. Effective intervention strategy to increase knowledge, awareness, and behaviour in order to improve women’s health reproductive as the important aspect in preconception care. The purpose of this study was to create a preconception care education program, based on a website using the SIEPRA (Preconception Care Education System) application to improve maternal health care and prevent the risk of complications during pregnancy. Method. The research design was quasi-experimental pre and post-test intervention with a control group. Twenty-five women of child-bearing age in each group control and intervention were recruited from the community. The results showed that there was a significant difference in women’s behaviour before and after the intervention with p value 0.000 (p<0.05). Discussion. There was positive effect of group intervention that using this media easy to do, interesting module, keep in a long time and accessible by others any time. In conclusion, the preconception care education program by using the SIEPRA application has efficient and effective to improve the behaviour of women of child-bearing age.
