The purpose of this study was to determine the flagship program for improving the quality of schools at SDIT Salman Al Farisi 2 Ngemplak, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which carried out special programs based on IMTAQ (faith and purity) and science and technology (science and technology). The school has succeeded in becoming one of the best schools in the Ngemplak sub-district because of its quality, as indicated by its achievements and the recognition it has received from the surrounding community. This research is qualitative field research with data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is a descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that quality improvement occurred when the school held several special programs such as (1) tahsin and tahfidz Qur’an programs, (2) various extracurricular programs, (3) and various socio-cultural development programs for the school’s psychological environment.
