The learning process during the covid-19 pandemic provides many challenges, one of which is in the process of understanding mathematical concepts in students. This study aims to see and determine the effect of the blended learning model with the Edmodo application on students’ mathematical conceptual understanding in terms of students’ self-confidence. This study used a quantitative approach with experimental design. The type of research design used in this study is a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were all tenth graders from MA Plus Walisongo Kota Bumi for the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, so that the samples involved were students from class X MIA 1 and class X MIA 2. The data collection technique used a posttest which was used to determine the ability to understand students’ mathematical concepts and a questionnaire to determine the category of students’ self-confidence. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of the blended learning model using the Edmodo application on mathematical conceptual understanding in terms of students’ self-confidence with a significance value of 0.677. Students in the Edmodo-based blended learning class got an average mathematical conceptual understanding score of 85.52, while the expository class got a score of 78.69.
