The COVID-19 pandemic required that the learning process in schools be carried out online. Many teachers have difficulty conducting online learning that can develop 21st-century knowledge and skills. The results of observations and interviews with Biology teacher at SMA Negeri 8 Malang show that collaboration skills and mastery concepts students are still low. This study aims to improve collaboration skills and mastery of students’ biology concepts through the application of the online POGIL learning model combined with digital mindmap. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model which is carried out in two cycles through the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in Class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 8 Malang. The result showed that POGIL learning model combined with a digital mind map based on online learning could improve collaboratuin skills and mastery concepts students’. The result of students’ collaboration skills in first cycle was 71.75% in good category, an increase 22.29% to 87,75% in very good category in second cycle. Collaboration skills that experienced the highest increase were in shared responsibility indicator of 29,41%. The average mastery concepts students 63,17 in first cycle increased by 12,66% to 71,17 in second cycle. The results of N-gain calculation increased from 0,32 in first cycle to 0,56 in second cycle.
