This study aimed to examine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction among teachers handling online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The leadership styles studied were transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and Laissez Faire leadership style. Data were collected through quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of 102 government school teachers in Seberang Perai District, Penang. The study was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social sciences (SPSS) software to obtain Pearson Correlation Value. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style, transactional style and Laissez-Faire leadership style with job satisfaction among teachers.
