With the rapid development of big data technology and the development needs of the informatization of medical data of endemic diseases in Northeast China, relying on big data technology to build a medical data platform for endemic diseases in Northeast China is of great significance to realize real-time data sharing and improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment. The researchers analyzed and designed the data sources and data standards of the big data platform through the use of investigation and research methods. When designing the architecture of the big data platform, the researchers used the literature review method, the comparative analysis method, and the bottom-up system design method. The data platform mainly includes data collection, offline data processing, real-time calculation and analysis, and data storage. The salient feature of the data platform is its high availability. The stable operation of the data platform is realized through the working mechanism of state monitoring and automatic failover; in terms of scalability, it can realize dynamic expansion according to the amount of data and enhance the integration of the system. By using Flume, Kafka, HDFS, Spark,HBase and other big data technologies have realized the Northeast endemic diseases (Cardio-Cerebrovascular diseases) sharing big data platform, and provided effective help for the diagnosis and treatment of Northeast endemic diseases.
