Mining road construction is carried out to transport mining materials from the PT X Mining Business License Working Area (Wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan –“WIUP”) located in the Southeast Sulawesi Region to the advanced processing facility located in the Central Sulawesi region. The length of the planned road construction is 40 km. However, in this study, we will discuss the analysis of the 3 km long mine road because, at that location, it has the most significant volume of stockpiling and volume of excavation of material. To calculate the estimating road construction time, productivity and analyzing the economic level of mining road construction in this study using the software TALPAC. From the research results obtained, the fastest possible work time when using ten trucks for hauling is 1,801 days, andthe longest working time when using one truck is 14,458 days. The lowest cost of completing the project was when using four trucks, and the highest cost was when using one truck. An Optimum Time-Cost Schedule Mine Road Development can be achieved when the operation technique uses four trucks with 3,699 days of work at the cost of 2,591,232 dollars.
