This study aims to develop a mathematics learning media based on Adobe Flash Professional CS6 integrated with Islamic values that meet the criteria and feasibility as a media development. This study uses methods of research and development (R&D), the model used in this study is the ADDIE model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Based on the validity test, the learning media of mathematics learning media based on Adobe Flash Professional CS6 integrated with Islamic values for Elementary School students was stated in the “Very Valid” category. It can be concluded that the-based mathematics learning media adobe flash professional cs6 integrated with Islamic values is very valid (appropriate) to be used as a medium for learning mathematics at madrasah ibtidaiyah with a score of 3.65.
