This research highlights the quality of liquid waste treatment in the city of Makassar. Makassar is the oldest city in eastern Indonesia which is also a parameter measuring the development of cities around the region. One of the most famous hotels is The Grand Asia Makassar Hotel. This study aims to determine the concentration value of pH, TSS, BOD, COD (inlet and outlet) of the liquid waste treatment of Grand Asia Makassar Hotel. BOD levels have met efficient standards because the results at the morning outlet of 31.68 mg/L and afternoon amounted to 7.68 mg/L. Outlet COD levels in the morning amounted to 79.20, did not meet the quality standards, while the COD level at the outlet of 19.20 mg/L has met quality standards. TSS levels have not met quality standards because the results at the morning outlet amounted to 33 mg/L and the afternoon outlet of 34 mg/L.
