Educational Teaching Aids and Games can convey learning materials, especially Science Biology in an interesting manner, so that they are suitable for learning media. This research aims to develop teaching aids and educational game tools that are integrated with Islamic values for the biology learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) students on the subject of the human digestive system. The method used to achieve the goal is through development research with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) which is directed at developing KIT teaching aids and educational game tools integrated with Islamic values for MTs students' biology learning. This research seeks to develop teaching aids and educational game tools accompanied by digital teaching materials in the form of videos, digital evaluation applications and prezi delivery of materials for learning biology of MTs students. The results showed that the KIT of teaching aids and educational game tools developed can be used for learning biology of MTs students but still needs development on the content side into the contents of the material and instructions on student worksheets.
