Digital literacy abilities in kids are crucial to study since they can help pupils gain 21st-century skills. The aim of this study was to look into primary school pupils’ digital literacy in science classes. This study employed a descriptive approach in the form of surveys. The study included 200 pupils from seven Malang elementary schools. The research instrument was questionnaire based on four aspects that were produced by earlier researchers and had a reliability score of 0.95. Statistical descriptive approaches were used to analyze the research data. Findings showed that pupils’ digital literacy skills differed in four ways. It produced a mean value of 2.40 in.terms of using hardware and software, which was considered low. In the medium category, information processing and digital data received an average score of 2.62. In the medium category, it produced a mean value of 3.11 in.communication and collaboration skills. In the low category, digital content creation received an average score of 2.32. Based on the findings, it can be inferred that elementary school pupils’ digital literacy skills produced a mean value of 2.61 in.the medium group. The findings implied that components of using hardware and software, as well as aspects of creating digital material, need to be enhanced.
