MAG is using as a high quality welding process to weld the same or different materials. Its main objective is to represent the study of MAG shield gas influence on impact strength of AA6061 weld Joint.MAG welding technique is used to perform the operation of joining all the specimens based on input factors as gas flow rate and current. Taguchi L4 orthogonal array and ANOVA analysis methods are used for the design of experiments. In this research, Analyze the collected data values and check the current and pressure of SGF influence on IS of AA6061 weld jointspecimens. In this research study, Metal Active Gas welding used for joining multi materials efficiently. AA6061 selected based on non corrosive, hard wearing, anti-static, light weight and formability properties. AA6061 is used for welding assemblies, marine frames, aircraft frames, truck frames, electronic parts, furniture and chemical tools. Determine the current and pressure influence on impact strength of AA6061 joints. In this, 32.2 Joule impact strength obtained maximum at pressure of shielding gas flow of 6 Psi and current 225 amp. AA6061 are used for manufacturing the marine frames, aircraft frames, truck frames, electronic parts, furniture and chemical tools.
