The purpose of this study was to develop learning instruments that are feasible for the team games tournament learning model based on socio-scientific issues to grow students’ social attitudes of mutual cooperation and responsibility for physics distance learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R and D) with a 4-D Models approach. The feasibility test was carried out with internal validation and assessment involving 2 experts and 2 practitioners. Preliminary field testing involved students of XI MIPA 1 SMA N 4 Yogyakarta. The findings are analyzed by descriptive statistics and the V-Aiken Index. The result of this research is the learning instruments of the teams’ games tournament learning model based on socio-scientific issues are declared feasible to grow the social attitude of mutual cooperation and responsibility of students in physics distance learning. This is based on the results of the average score with a range of 87.50%-100% for the assessment and the Aiken Validation index of 0.75-1 which is in the moderate to very valid category. The results are in the range of 74.21%-81.75% for the limited trial by students’ responsibility.
