The next phase of industrialization in the world is use of 3D printing Technology. Various 3D Printing technologies are widely used from 1980s. 3D printers has classified based on its Print time, coordinate system and cost. 3D Printer is a machine which produce a complex design of any component by process layer by layer. Delta’s printers are the parallel mechanisms where each of the motion is independent of each other. The arms which maintain orientation of the end effectors. Delta’s printers are widely used because of its high speeds and accuracy with less inertia. This paper involves the analysis and simulation of faster and fixed bed printer called Delta 3D printer.

First part of the paper is model is done in solid works. The model is imported into FEA software ANSYS 18.1 to calculate stresses and deformations of Delta 3D printer with different materials for base, rod and columns respectively. Next part is modal analysis also carried out to the natural frequencies at six nodes of the delta 3D printer for safe design.
