The aims the research was to the develop of a physics learning module on the material of optical and integrated with Al-Qur'an, which is presented using seven components of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model. The development of this module begins with the definition, design, and development stages. While the next researcher will carry the dissemination stage out. From the research data was obtained that the integrated physics learning module with the Qur'an by using CTL model approach on optical material has met the very valid criteria with a percentage of 97.5%. Besides that, from the assessment of the teacher and student response questionnaires, we found that this module was very practical to use in physics learning with the percentages of 96.87% and 93.1%, respectively.
