The limitation of learning media used by teachers in schools is one of the problems that became the background of this research. This has an impact on the low interest in learning physics and the low grades of students. The aims of the study was developing a learning media using sparkol videoscribe that is valid and practical, and is able to increase the interest and value of students in learning physics, especially work and energy materials. Research Development with 4-D model is the type of research that researchers use. The stages of this research are Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. However, due to time constraints, the Dissemination stage was not carried out. Learning Media using sparkol videoscribe in physics learning is designed as attractive as possible which consists of introduction, apperception, material, sample questions and discussions, conclusions, and practicum. Based on data analysis, the percentage of sparkol vidoscribe media validation results obtained through expert assessment is 89,97 % in the very valid category. The percentage of practicality based on the teacher's and student's response questionnaires, respectively, the values obtained were 92.5% and 93% in the highly practical category. So it can be concluded that the development of physics learning media using sparkol videoscribe on work and energy materials is very valid and highly practical for use in learning.
