In current competitive world fixture manufacturing industries need to respond to the demand and changes in the market to survive. To reduce the manufacturing cost of the fixture, companies are creating a various possibilities of sources. In such a way this work focuses in recycling the scrap material. This project work will steer towards attaining the raw cast iron steel by acquiring a material hardness, toughness, ductility and alternate material for less important parts in fixture.
