In this research work, we proposed prey predator model with Michaelis – Menten – Holling functional response incorporating predator toxicant. Through biological assumptions we formulated the crisp model and by using some Basic Defuzzificaiton Method, the model is converted into Fuzzy and Defuzzified models. We also investigated the boundedness conditions, equilibrium point existence and its local stability. In the numerical simulation we have examined the complex behaviour of the species in crisp and fuzzy environment by using Matlab Software.
