The paradigm shift in Industry 4.0 has transformed the operational base from human operation into the digital automation system operation. Kertajati airport as a new airport located in Majalengka, Indonesia, building depot facilities to implement an automation hydrant system for aircraft refueling. The development of this aircraft refueling facilities requires complex construction, such as the construction of buildings and infrastructures, the construction of pipelines, instrumentation and electrification installation, heavy equipment installation, and construction of avtur storage tanks. The objective of this research is to review the environmental impacts on Kertajati Aviation Fuel Depot construction. Methods: An environmental life cycle impact assessment was conducted in a gate-to-gate manner following the ISO 14040 guidelines. The functional unit was defined as the transport of the Jet-A1 fuel generated in a year (Liter/year). CML 2001 method will be used for the characterization of global warming potential (GWP) and midpoint research. Results and discussion: The considered impacts are caused primarily by civil foundation works. As for the fuel consumption and resource inputs, concrete, steel rebar, and structural steel are the four dominating ones for the overall environmental impacts. Conclusion and recommendations: Civil foundation works are the most important source of environmental impacts. To minimize the impacts of this construction stage, optimization of the structural design and application of new construction materials and good construction practices are recommended
