This research was made based on observations, research, and focus group discussions with traditional market traders. The focus of the problems faced by traders, in general, is an underdeveloped business and limited time to increase knowledge. Most traditional traders already have a smartphone, but they have not used it to boost their productivity. This research was conducted at the Sambilegi traditional market, Maguwoharjo, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research produces a web-based application and an android mobile application. This app aims to connect Traders, Teachers, and Volunteers to collaborate on a platform. The teacher is in charge of designing materials according to the needs of traders. The traders access and learn the in-class materials, while the Volunteers help and accompany the traders in the learning process. The results of this study reveal that the traders could learn independently. However, when the traders could ask for help and interact with the volunteers if needed.
