In general, the learning phase carried out in road and bridge construction subjects assigned by educators still often uses conventional methods such as redrawing existing examples of images. Therefore it takes the form of learning media innovation. Monopoly is one of the most popular board games in the world where the objective is to gain control of all the tiles on the board through buying, renting, and exchanging property in a simplified economy. Unlike monopoly, research findings on the use of Augmented Reality to support language learning research are very diverse. Therefore, this study aims to create monopoly game-based learning media for road and bridge construction subjects and to obtain information about the feasibility of the developed learning media products. This R&D (Research and Development) research is carried out in 6 stages: 1) data study, 2) product design, 3) design validation, 4) production, 5) field trials, 6) product revision. The product design is carried out in 5 stages: 1) making a wooden monopoly game frame, 2) finishing a wooden frame, 3) adding monopoly game components, 4) adding monopoly game support media, 5) making augmented reality. The research data were obtained using validation questionnaire instruments and field trial questionnaires. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis. Material validation obtained a score of 91,7%, media validation obtained a score of 90,6%, the results of large field trials were 85.26%. Based on the results of the validation and field trials, it was concluded that this media was categorized as suitable for use as a learning medium for road and bridge construction subjects.
