The purpose of this research is to develop Learning Media products in the form of Mobile Learning-based applications in Smartphones on the Android operating system. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method by Brog and Gall, for research purposes the method is modified into 6 steps including 1) needs analysis and data collection 2) product design 3) Validation 4) Initial product revision 5) Product testing 6 ) The final product. The results of the validity test conducted by media experts and material experts obtained an average of 79.6% content validity and 88.63% media validity in this learning media categorized as quite valid and can be used. While the results of the responses of students as users of this learning media obtained an assessment of the aspect of its use, namely 84.87%, the aspect of the usefulness of this learning media obtained a percentage of 80.88% and the suitability aspect of this learning media obtained the results of 80.15% which in this result categorized as relevant enough to be used as a learning medium, especially for concrete-making technology material.
