Learning to form students' character has an essential role in determining student success after graduating from college. Work-integrated learning programs implemented in industry indirectly shape the abilities and skills of students, hard skills and soft skills. The method in this research is quantitative with the research population of students in vocational education with a sample of 75 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was conducted randomly and thoroughly on students. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of learning work-integrated learning programs carried out in the industry during the pandemic.
