This paper mainly focused on the strength and the process parameters levels of the weld of Al5052 specimens. The improper process selection in the welding may leads to failure and it increase the costs in various aspects. To overcome these improper attempts, the various input process parameter levels are identified through the analysis. The various set of 9 samples were prepared and experimental investigations were evaluated for Al5052 and the optimized input parameters of GTAW welding process of Al5052 were found. The experimentally obtained results were confirmed by the Taguchi design optimized parameters. The results obtained in both the experimental and Taguchi analysis was well aligned.
