This development research aims to develop e-module mathematics by using kvisoft flipbook in elementary school that is valid, practical, and effective at the four grades in the fraction material. This research was research and development (R&D) with the Thiagarajan development 4-D model (Defined, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The result of this research was that the kvisoft flipbook-based math e-module was declared valid, practical, and effective. The e- module math is said to be valid based on the results of the validation of the experts. The practicality of the e-module was classified based on the teacher and student questionnaire responses, the e-module attracts students' attention to use the e- module, motivates students to learn, helps students understand fractions independently E-module was declared effective to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. The percentage of student learning proficiency increased by more than 80% after operating the e-module.
