All of Head of institutions in globally shut down school activities as effort to reduce the rate of infect of coronavirus in pandemic. This global most affects hundreds millions of students worldwide. UNESCO supports countries that close face-to-face learning activities, to decrease the direct impact of school closures, such as online distance learning. Learning from home is a term used in activities in pandemic era by the Indonesian government, with daring or online teaching methods. The implementation of BDR certainly has an impact on the obstacles felt by students during the learning process. The focus of this study is to evaluate online process and as a reference in teaching biology for the lectures during the pandemic era to improve the teaching activities. Participants are students who take lectures in the even semester of the academic year 2020/2021 which amounts to 34 students. Data collection using questionnaires based on Google form then the results are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The questionnaire distribution results were as follows: 20.6% of students were less motivated, 11.8% had difficulty receiving lecture materials, 17.6% of students concentrated less on using online learning, and 50% of presentations of teaching materials were less qualified.
