The connectedness between past and future states of biosystems is the basic principle of any science about living systems. Is the any experimental proving for such proposition? In the middle of 20-th century N.A. Bernstein and W. Weaver tried to present the hypothesis about absent of connectedness between past and future states of biosystems dynamics. But during last 70 years nobody investigated this hypothesis. Last 20 years some Russian scientific school proved the special Eskov-Zinchenko effect. The effect proved that future has not any prognoses for future according to last events. Any biosystems generate uninterrupted changing of samples (for biosystems samples). So we can not to repeat any sample for biomechanics, electrophysiology, heart physiology and brain behavior. Now we create new models and new theory of chaos-selforganization. The theory proved the hypothesis of N.A. Bernstein and W. Weaver and create the new foundation for medicine. The theory explores new understanding and new laws for biosystems description.
