The study of the effect of various lipids on the rumen microbiome have a particular interest, since the main role in the digestive process of ruminants is assigned to microorganisms. The study presents the results of the influence of calcium salts of fatty acids and triglycerides of animal origin by the in vitro method on the microbiome of scar fluid. During the experiments, the numerical superiority of the phylum Bacteroidia in relation to the phylum Firmicutes was established, since they were in a ratio of 3:1, in groups using calcium salts of fatty acids and triglycerides of animal origin. The growth of the archaea group was suppressed. Their share was no more than 0.2% (P≤0.05) of the total number of microorganisms.
